Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Tucson to coordinate and lead the Maintenance Department. The role focuses on continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and reliable equipment performance.

You will oversee ~8 technicians and report to the Maintenance Manager, liaising with Production, EH&S, Quality, HR, Finance, and Engineering. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in a lead/supervisory maintenance role, preferably in manufacturing; Lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited university highly preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Maintenance in a Lead or Supervisory role is required preferably in a manufacturing environment OR will accept engineering degree in lieu of experience.
• Lean Six Sigma/TPM experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through TPM and Lean methodologies (5-Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.).
• Ensure equipment reliability to maximize production efficiency and product quality.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians in troubleshooting production equipment.
• Implement process improvements to enhance package changeovers and line efficiency.
• Optimize asset utilization and plant performance through proactive maintenance strategies.
• Support and train maintenance technicians to build team capability.
• Schedule, track, and prioritize preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and inspect major contractor work related to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote safe work practices.
