Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper, a leading beverage company, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to direct the maintenance function for a plant. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and drive lean manufacturing practices to maximize uptime and safety.

The role requires engineering knowledge, strong leadership, and experience in TPM/5-S environments. Flexible shifts and a focus on continuous improvement are expected.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, basic sciences or business related disciplines.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role with direct people-management responsibility.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or CPG industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance department to ensure timely preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal customers to support plant-wide operations.
• Direct safe, efficient repairs to minimize downtime and protect product quality.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff; manage performance and team development.
• Manage annual maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
