Keurig Dr Pepper in Victorville, CA, seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance Department, driving asset reliability, uptime, and cost control. You will guide a team of maintenance professionals, implement TPM and Lean practices, and manage budget while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes development of staff, collaboration with site leadership, and driving continuous improvement to achieve high safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years managerial level experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in maintenance and food/beverage.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems and clear TPM understanding.
• Use of tools and data for problem solving, decision making and continuous improvement.

• Assumes a safety champion role and ensures a safe working environment.
• Defines and executes department goals supporting TPM objectives.
• Oversees development of the maintenance/engineering team members.
• Improves factory efficiency and reliability, increasing asset utilization.
• Champions improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve OEE.
• Communicates changes effectively within site and network.
• Manages stockroom operations for repair parts and consumables.
• Integrates Lean and TPM into department operations.
• Maintains yearly maintenance budget.
• Reports food safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Follows company policies and performs other duties as requested.
