Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Associate Maintenance Planner to independently prioritize and plan maintenance work, lead analysis of maintenance history, and drive proactive maintenance through the CMMS while collaborating with maintenance leaders to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance. This full-time role on 1st shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm) may require overtime, weekends, and holidays.

• Associates degree in relevant field preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to document technical information clearly

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes, plans, and supports maintenance work with affected departments; assembles job plans and coordinates with stakeholders
• Leads analysis of maintenance history including root cause analysis
• Champions continuous process improvement in maintenance operations
• Assists with CMMS, inventory control, and purchasing needs
• Documents and improves maintenance tasks and processes with cross-functional teams
• Analyzes and reports maintenance performance and KPI tracking
• Develops spare parts lists, kitting, and rebuild strategies
• Coaches and trains technically skilled professionals
• Supports engineering projects and emergency maintenance response
