Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking an Associate Maintenance Planner in Los Angeles, CA. The role prioritizes and plans maintenance work, analyzes history, and supports continuous improvement within a plant setting.

You will use CMMS to schedule proactive maintenance, manage parts, and collaborate with engineering, planning and maintenance teams to optimize operations and reduce total ownership costs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as maintenance technician in manufacturing
• Maintenance planning experience preferred
• CMMS user, SAP preferred
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, email and database
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, plan and support maintenance work with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead analysis of maintenance history and root cause analysis.
• Champion continuous improvement in maintenance operations.
• Assist with CMMS, inventory control and purchasing needs.
• Document and improve maintenance tasks and processes with teams.
• Report maintenance KPIs and track performance.
• Manage maintenance documentation for equipment.
• Collaborate with Network Maintenance on technical improvements.
• Support training and daily management systems.
• Develop spare parts lists and rebuild strategies.
• Coach and train technicians.
• Support engineering projects and emergencies.
