Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Essex Junction, VT site. You will lead a 10+ technician team, drive reliability, and partner with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.

The role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, highly automated environment, with a focus on continuous improvement, downtime reduction, and disciplined maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in manufacturing with 10+ direct reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound decision making.
• Experience working with vendors and consultants to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to achieve zero injuries and maintain safety standards.
• Drive maintenance programs—preventive, predictive, autonomous—to improve OEE.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Warehouse to minimize downtime.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Oversee recruitment, coaching, onboarding, and performance management.
