Job summary

You will steer a team, manage an annual budget aligned with production needs, and collaborate with plant leadership to hit KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs and electrical systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Background with SAP Maintenance and ISO standards is preferred.
• Proactive in maintenance planning and budgeting within a plant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to meet safety, goals, and deadlines.
• Implement continuous improvement and drive servant leadership.
• Develop and manage a detailed maintenance plan for assets and facilities.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Plan capital expenditures and ensure projects stay on time and budget.
• Ensure training compliance and participate in audits and reviews.
• Support best practices and ISO/KORE standards adherence.
