Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a maintenance team to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Develop and manage the department budget aligned with production volume.
• Plan preventive, predictive, and capital maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to achieve KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee capital expenditure projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/KORE standards and Management System initiatives.
