Job summary
The Maintenance Manager II at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated Roanoke facility leads a team responsible for maintaining production equipment, support systems, and the plant's built environment.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in maintenance leadership in manufacturing/beverage industry.
- ISO standards and proactive maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong leadership with budgeting and project management skills.
- Experience with SAP maintenance and PLC knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a maintenance team to meet safety and performance targets.
- Implement continuous improvement with a strong customer focus.
- Plan and manage asset maintenance, preventive, corrective, and capital projects.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to meet KPIs and budget.
- Oversee annual budget and ensure projects are on time and within scope.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/KORE standards and best practices.
