Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Fort Worth is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations, oversee Area Maintenance Managers, and develop the next generation of maintenance leaders across the site.

You will blend strategic planning, financial management, and leadership development while coordinating preventive maintenance programs and responding to emergencies with decisive action. Domestic travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
• 4+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing continuous improvement (CI) experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Area Maintenance Managers and their teams, fostering growth and performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across the site.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and procedures across all sites, partnering with Safety leadership to audit programs.
• Manage capital spending plans, coordinate cross-functional project planning, perform cost analysis, and manage external contractors.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives and provide guidance across multiple sites.
