Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager in the United States to lead maintenance operations across multiple sites and develop the next generation of maintenance leaders. You will oversee Maintenance Managers and their teams, drive preventative maintenance programs, manage regional budgets, and champion safety and continuous improvement across your region.

The role requires up to 80% domestic travel, strong leadership, and experience with CMMS and cost analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years Amazon RME experience.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets with RCA and CI.
• 4+ years of managing results to senior leadership.
• 4+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Managers and their teams across multiple sites to develop regional capabilities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventive maintenance programs and manage regional budgets to drive CI.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and partner with site Safety leadership on regional programs.
• Manage capital spending plans, coordinate external contractors, and maintain high service standards regionally.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to support regional sites and initiatives.
