Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple sites in the region. You will oversee Maintenance Managers and their teams, develop strategic maintenance programs, and drive operational excellence while ensuring safety and reliability of MHE and robotics.

This role requires extensive leadership, financial acumen, and travel up to 80% to support regional sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, performing RCA and implementing CI
• 4+ years of communicating results to senior leadership
• 4+ years of CMMS program experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and their teams across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs and manage regional budgets.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and audit regional safety programs.
• Manage capital spending plans, coordinate external contractors and maintain service quality.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to support regional sites and drive operational excellence.
