Comstock Companies seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the on-site maintenance team across multiple communities in Reston, VA, ensuring safe, efficient operation of critical systems and 100% uptime.

The role requires extensive HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge, strong supervisory skills, and a focus on resident satisfaction. Travel between communities is a regular part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and a valid driver's license.
• Central Plant System experience required.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification is required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class A customer service and build rapport with residents.
• Supervise and direct maintenance staff and assign work.
• Ensure prompt, efficient service by the maintenance team.
• Work with Property Manager on budgets and financial reviews.
• Develop multi-year capital project plans and oversee completion.
