Job summary

Comstock is hiring a Senior Maintenance Manager in Reston, VA to lead onsite maintenance teams across multiple communities. The role focuses on safety, uptime, and resident satisfaction, with regular travel between properties.

You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems, manage budgets, and coordinate capital projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma; EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.
• Experience with building automation systems.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite maintenance team to ensure 100% uptime and safety.
• Manage budgeting, vendor selection, and capital project planning.
• Supervise and coordinate contractors and in-house staff.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other key systems.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws and building documentation.
• Perform site inspections and manage apartment turnovers and work orders.
