Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5-7 years general industrial maintenance, with focus on mechanical, electrical, and conveyor systems; leadership experience.
• Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, conveyor systems and automated robotics; safety standards knowledge.
• Leadership abilities: communication, team-building, ability to lead diverse maintenance teams.
• Safety consciousness: experience with safety protocols, audits, and training.
• Customer focus: delivering high-quality maintenance services and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Continuous improvement mindset: drive process optimization, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance with Cushman & Wakefield standards and regulations.
• Analyze maintenance data, performance metrics, and reliability trends to identify improvements.
• Provide leadership and development for maintenance technicians, including evaluations and coaching.
• Oversee maintenance projects, upgrades, installations, and renovations; manage budget and timelines.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations.
• Communicate effectively with facility management, operations, and senior leadership; report status.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, work orders, and safety records.
