Job summary

C&W Services is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager (AMM) to oversee maintenance at a single site in Ohio. You will lead safety initiatives, drive maintenance programs, and manage technicians to ensure reliable equipment and strong KPI performance.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager or Regional Manager, you'll coordinate with operations and drive continuous improvement while supporting client goals and ensuring 100% training compliance and data accuracy in CMMS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations, demonstrating strong leadership, safety commitment, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and uphold a safety-first culture, completing safety training and audits.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Supervise and coach maintenance technicians, conduct 1:1s and team huddles for development.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for maintenance issues and coordinate with MM and RME/Operations.
