Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the capability to implement preventive maintenance and safety initiatives within a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will lead a team, solve complex maintenance issues, and support continuous improvement efforts using Lean Manufacturing principles. Interested applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in industrial maintenance or automation.
• Strong background in PLCs and hydraulic systems.
• Prior leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment preferred.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure safety and quality.
• Implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
• Diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues.
