Job summary

Amazon Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across the site and develop the next generation of leaders. You will oversee Area Maintenance Managers, drive preventive maintenance, and coordinate with operations while responding to emergencies with decisive action.

The role emphasizes safety, cost control, and continuous improvement, with travel up to 15% and a strong focus on developing a high-performing maintenance organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of CMMS experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing CI.
• 4+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Area Maintenance Managers and their teams.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols and audits across sites with Safety leadership collaboration.
• Manage capital spending plans, cost analysis, and coordinate external contractors.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives and sites.
