Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple sites in the region. You will oversee Maintenance Managers and teams, develop strategic maintenance programs, and drive operational excellence with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

The role blends strategic planning, financial management, and leadership development while coordinating preventive maintenance, site operations, and rapid response to incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent Amazon RME experience.
• 10+ years in large facilities management with leadership roles.
• Experience managing budgets, RCA and CI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers across the region.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage regional budgets and capital plans.
• Ensure safety protocols across all sites and audit maintenance execution.
• Manage vendor relationships and external contractors, ROI-based decisions on end-of-life equipment.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to monitor and guide maintenance across locations.
