Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of related maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.
Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
Expert-level understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff for daily activities, turns, and repairs.
Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff; enforce safety policies.
Coordinate with vendors/contractors for installation, maintenance, and repair work.
Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
