Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Monee, IL is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead an on-site team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced production facility. You will ensure safety, supervise technicians, and coordinate with vendors and on-call staff.

Key duties include managing preventive maintenance, prioritizing work orders, tracking budgets and inventory, and ensuring clean, safe facilities. You will collaborate with EHS, oversee shift coverage, and strive for reliable uptime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative work schedules as needed.
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Must be authorized to work within the hiring country without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and oversee safety standards.
• Schedule and track tickets; coordinate with vendors and on-call staff.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and inventory control.
• Collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and budgeting processes.
• Provide performance feedback and contribute to cost analysis and project planning.
