• Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Schedule and oversee corrective maintenance based on equipment status and production feedback.
• Maintain accurate equipment history records and spare parts inventory.
• Train, evaluate, and manage maintenance technicians and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and quality expectations.
