• Proficient in diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable equipment performance.
• Oversee PM schedules, repairs, and downtime reduction initiatives.
• Provide training to staff on processes, procedures, and safety controls.
• Enforce safety and quality programs within the facility.
• Monitor machinery and systems, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to drive continuous improvements.
• Prioritize work orders and assist with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical troubleshooting.
• Source parts and coordinate with suppliers for planned maintenance and emergencies.
• Communicate procedures and safety requirements to operators and maintenance personnel.
• Investigate incidents and non-conformities and implement root-cause corrective actions.
• Collaborate with support groups to ensure necessary resources are available.
