Job summary

United Employment Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Southeast region.

The role leads the maintenance team and owns the preventive maintenance program, budget, and initiatives to keep equipment safe, reliable, and productive while reducing downtime. The ideal candidate has a mechanical or industrial engineering background, 8+ years in maintenance leadership (including foundry environments), and a proven ability to manage budgets, PM programs, and outside contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of maintenance management experience, including foundry maintenance.
• Understanding of casting, heat treatment and related manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing maintenance and capital budgets, PM programs and outside contractors.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
