Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years minimum leading a Maintenance group.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capability.
• Prior manufacturing experience.
• OSHA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides full maintenance support for company equipment, processes, and facility.
• Maintains equipment and facility through PMs and root cause analysis.
• Manage CMMS, document work, and allocate resources to minimize backlog.
• Coordinate with departments to plan, schedule, and complete maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure contractor compliance.
