Job summary

DFM Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance team in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will direct staff, ensure priority setting, and drive safety, quality, and cost control across all facility systems.

Responsibilities include overseeing preventative and predictive maintenance, improving equipment reliability, and coordinating with operations to meet customer requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance in a leadership capacity is preferred.
• Experience in an automotive union environment is desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the maintenance staff and prioritize assignments.
• Supervise performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead 24/7 facility maintenance operations and safety.
• Ensure preventative and predictive maintenance meets customer expectations.
• Optimize operating efficiency of customer machinery and equipment.
• Manage budget, labor, and controllable utility costs; reduce waste.
