Reporting to Maintenance Manager, this role focuses on reducing downtime, improving reliability, and coordinating new equipment installations to maximize production efficiency across the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with GMP, PPE, and safety policies.
• Lead and direct the work of maintenance staff.
• Improve processes to reduce downtime and improve throughput.
• Coordinate installation of new equipment and maintain assets.
