Job summary

ATI in Oregon seeks a Senior Manager, Maintenance to lead the maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and budget for a high‑volume manufacturing site. You will oversee managers and teams, drive safety, and optimize maintenance execution across multiple value streams.

The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, shutdown management, and continuous improvement using data‑driven decisions. Strong leadership and collaboration with engineering, operations, and finance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, maintenance, operations management, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in industrial maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing operations, including leading managers or multi-department maintenance.
• Experience in asset-intensive manufacturing operations; budget, capital, and organizational strategy responsibilities.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, preventive/predictive maintenance, shutdowns, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead maintenance strategy and long-range asset plans.
• Lead through maintenance leaders to ensure safe execution and consistent maintenance standards.
• Govern a common maintenance operating model including work planning, preventive maintenance, outages, and backlog control.
• Advise site leadership on asset risk, capital priorities, and lifecycle decisions.
• Direct allocation of maintenance labor, contractors, and funding across areas.
