Job summary

ATI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate the repair and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure. You will plan, schedule, order parts, and manage repairs with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Essential duties include direct supervision of hourly staff, coordinating maintenance around production, and interfacing with contractors to ensure timely, quality work. A strong technical background is required, with leadership skills to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field.
• Willingness to respond to calls 24 hours a day when required.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends to complete special projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of hourly employees.
• Plan maintenance work around production schedules and coordinate repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment and access required work to ensure accuracy in scope.
