Job summary

ATI Specialty Alloys & Components is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead crafts and oversee asset maintenance within a heavy industrial environment in the United States. You will coordinate maintenance schedules, monitor AM/AR progress, ensure compliance with EH&S and proper recording of work orders, and support RCA activities.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with LEAN manufacturing practices and continuous improvement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with gatekeepers and schedulers to maximize crafts utilization.
• Monitor AM and AR implementation progress and resolve issues.
• Transmit compliance, environmental, health and safety, and management of change goals to direct reports.
• Ensure work is processed and executed per Asset Maintenance Work Process and other integrated processes.
• Coordinate shift and day maintenance activities per maintenance schedules.
• Set priorities with the operations maintenance gatekeeper to control costs.
• Record job plan evaluation, feedback, and equipment history for work orders.
• Participate in RCAs and ensure direct reports participate.
• Assist reliability planning review teams with establishing PPM tasks from RCA activities.
