Job summary

• Degree or license in maintenance related craft.
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience.
• At least 3 years of formal leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety programs to raise employee awareness and conduct audits.
• Apply maintenance and reliability best practices to promote maintenance excellence.
• Plan, develop, and implement goals at individual, team, and organizational levels.
• Ensure safety training requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Procure parts, supplies, and services; manage special projects.
• Provide coaching and conflict resolution as needed.
