Assistance Technique Internationale (ATI) in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Senior Leader of Maintenance to lead a team of 12-18 technicians. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and maintenance excellence, with dayshift Monday–Friday and possible weekend/off-hour support.

You will report to the Plant Manager and oversee maintenance activities, budgets, and vendor relations, driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or license in a maintenance-related craft (electrician, millwright, etc.).
• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of formal leadership experience.
• Proficient in project management and maintenance scoping/estimating.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety programs and audits to ensure compliance.
• Apply maintenance and reliability best practices.
• Plan, develop, and implement goals for individuals and teams.
• Procure parts, supplies, and services.
• Manage vacations coverage and special projects.
• Provide leadership and conflict resolution as needed.
