Job summary

ATI is seeking a Senior Manager, Maintenance to lead the maintenance strategy for an assigned manufacturing business. You will drive reliability, budget discipline, and capital planning while guiding maintenance managers and teams across operations.

You will partner with engineering, operations, and finance to optimize asset life-cycle decisions, reliability improvements, and workforce capability. This onsite role offers a Total Rewards package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, maintenance, operations management, business, or related field.
• 7+ years in industrial maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing ops, incl. 5+ years leading managers.
• Experience with heavy industrial/asset-intensive operations.
• Experience managing budgets, contractors, capital planning, and multi-area performance.
• Experience leading maintenance planning, scheduling, and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the maintenance strategy for the assigned business unit.
• Lead through maintenance leaders to ensure safe execution and asset performance.
• Establish a common maintenance operating model and resource alignment.
• Provide executive oversight for outages, major failures, and high-risk activities.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, labor strategy, and spare-parts priorities.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and finance on capital and asset priorities.
• Monitor performance measures: schedule compliance, backlog, downtime, and costs.
• Build leadership depth and succession planning within maintenance teams.
• Promote a culture of safety, ownership, and continuous improvement.
