Job summary

ATI Specialty Alloys & Components in Albany, OR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide functional direction to Maintenance Technicians and crafts personnel aligned with Asset Maintenance and Asset Reliability processes.

The role focuses on coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with EH&S and change management, and driving cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in Maintenance in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a union environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with the operations maintenance gatekeepers and maintenance schedulers to ensure full utilization of all crafts.
• Monitors AM and AR implementation progress and helps resolve issues that impede progress.
• Transmits compliance, environmental, health, safety, management of change and business goals to direct reports.
• Assures that work is processed and executed in accordance with the Asset Maintenance Work Process and other integrated processes.
• Coordinates shift and day maintenance activities as per maintenance schedules.
• Works in conjunction with the operations maintenance gatekeeper to set priorities and accomplish maintenance cost control.
• Assures compliance with the recording of job plan evaluation, feedback, and equipment history for work orders.
• Participates in RCAs and assures that direct reports actively participate.
• Assists reliability planning review teams with the establishment of PPM tasks stemming from the RCA activities.
