Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years facilities maintenance experience.
• 2+ years as maintenance lead/supervisor.
• HVAC/EPA Certification required.
• Basic MS Outlook skills.
• Strong reading/writing communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities and personnel on site.
• Plan daily meetings with maintenance and office team.
• Prepare units for occupancy and keep 50% vacancy rent ready.
• Prioritize work orders to optimize time and resources.
• Direct team on policies, vendor management and supply orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance and quarterly inspections.
• Provide emergency resident support after hours.
