Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5 years of property management experience.
• Ability to lead a team.
• CAM, ARM or similar credentials recommended.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy targets and maintain 95%+ occupancy.
• Manage occupancy, rate, loss to lease and concessions.
• Maintain collections at or above 98% of charges billed.
• Supervise maintenance, landscaping, and safety.
• Ensure lease files and ledgers are accurate.
• Conduct HR functions including timecards and performance reviews.
• Develop quarterly marketing plans and resident events.
• Foster timely communication with residents and vendors.
