• Drive occupancy to 95% or above.
• Manage occupancy, rate, loss to lease and concessions to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain collections at or above 98% of monthly charges billed.
• Supervise landscaping, lawn care and snowplowing.
• Develop and execute leasing/marketing plans.
• Prioritize timely service requests and team communication.
