Job summary

Kittle-Property-Group, Inc. is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional in Indianapolis to manage curb appeal, routine upkeep, and on-site team supervision. Responsibilities include daily grounds inspections, completing maintenance requests, and preparing vacant units for occupancy.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of maintenance experience, and basic MS Outlook skills. HVAC/EPA certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic math and reporting skills.
• Experience with MS Outlook is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep them below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform turn and maintenance on vacant units.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain landscaping and snow removal.
• Supervise contractors on site.
• Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
• Maintain maintenance records for all units and site.
