Guardian Real Estate Services is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Lead/Supervisor for Station Place Tower in Portland, OR. The role focuses on leading maintenance staff, coordinating work orders, and ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of multifamily property maintenance experience, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in multifamily property maintenance, building maintenance, or similar.
• Knowledge of building systems and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage site maintenance and maintenance staff; prioritize and process work orders.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors to provide timely property maintenance and excellent curb appeal.
• Maintain records and prepare reports; monitor budgets for maintenance expenses.
