Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Lead/Supervisor for the Albina Corner & Allen Fremont Plaza communities in NE Portland. The role focuses on supervising maintenance staff, managing work orders, and ensuring safety and curb appeal across the property.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of multifamily property maintenance experience, knowledge of building trades, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in multifamily property maintenance or similar.
• Basic knowledge of building trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 15 feet.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• English reading/writing and strong communication abilities.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies after hours and on weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff and prioritize work orders.
• Ensure property maintenance complies with OSHA and Guardian policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and other staff to deliver timely service.
• Maintain property records, budget, and inventory of supplies.
• Schedule emergency coverage and ensure after-hours availability.
• Inspect property and coordinate with vendors for repairs and improvements.
