The ideal candidate has at least two years in multifamily maintenance, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum two years’ experience in multifamily property maintenance or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of building systems and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage maintenance staff and prioritize work orders.
• Ensure site safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA).
• Coordinate with staff and vendors to provide timely property maintenance.
