Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all phases of maintenance for a multifamily property at Reserve at Fernhill in Oregon. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety and timely work completion.

The position requires at least 1 year in property maintenance and prior supervisory experience, with a valid driver's license for travel between properties. Salary ranges from $32.00 to $34.00 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience is preferred.
• This position requires a valid driver's license in good standing, as regular travel to and between assigned properties is an essential function of the role.
• Prior Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs in all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Prepares market-ready apartments in regard to painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping, etc. within 3 to 5 days after turnover.
• Performs various preventative maintenance functions and records findings in maintenance log.
• Maintain accurate inventory control of tools, equipment and supplies with PPE usage.
• Assists in performing apartment move-in and move-out inspections as directed by Site Management.
• Ensures maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours and parts orders are communicated to Site Management.
