Solution One Industries Inc. is hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician in Marfa, TX, to oversee repair operations and lead a team of skilled technicians supporting CBP.

The role requires a hands‑on leader with strong organizational skills and a focus on safety and quality. The position emphasizes ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards, with responsibilities spanning maintenance management, preventive plans, and collaboration with program management and supply chain teams to ensure reliable production

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational or trade school program or apprenticeship in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• 8+ years of maintenance experience on contracts of similar size.
• Experience applying ISO/AS9100 or similar quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair operations and guide a team of skilled trades technicians.
• Coordinate, track and manage maintenance activities.
• Reduce equipment downtime through high level troubleshooting.
• Provide redundancy coverage and ensure equipment traceability.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100 and CBP quality standards and procedures.
• Interface with CBP stakeholders and supervisors to implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Support supply chain procedures and overall program execution.
