The role supports CBP operations and requires strong organizational skills, fault investigation, and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will implement preventive maintenance plans, ensure quality standards alignment, and drive safety and performance metrics while coordinating with program management and supply chain

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
• At least eight years of maintenance experience on contracts of similar size and scope.
• Experience applying ISO, AS9100, or comparable quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong teamwork skills.
• U.S. citizen and able to pass CBP background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily repair operations and guide a team of skilled technicians.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance plans with regional supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/AS9100 and CBP requirements.
• Maintain equipment traceability and manage maintenance metrics.
• Prepare monthly status reports and drive safety initiatives.
