The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 8+ years of maintenance experience, and proven ability to manage maintenance programs, apply ISO/AS9100 standards, and collaborate across functions to ensure mission readiness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or trade school program or apprenticeship in HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair operations and guide a team of skilled trades technicians.
• Ensure adherence to ISO, AS9100 and other quality standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and provide timely reporting and compliance.
