Job summary

Solution One Industries is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our West Texas and New Mexico sectors, based in Marfa, TX. You will execute electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshoot to reduce downtime and support CBP operations with a focus on safety and quality.

The role may involve operating from a maintenance contract vehicle, working flexible hours, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet performance metrics and the Quality Plans (ISO 9001 and AS9100).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational or trade school program or apprenticeship in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
• Minimum of several years of maintenance experience in large, dispersed contracts.
• Experience applying ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical and mechanical maintenance activities across the sectors.
• Decrease equipment downtime through advanced troubleshooting and repair.
• Provide redundancy coverage in the sector.
• Create and maintain equipment traceability.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, and other quality standards.
