Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years industrial maintenance experience or 2+ years plus supervisory experience.
• Experience in industrial refrigeration, maintenance of dock doors/levelers, and building systems.
• Must complete industrial refrigeration and maintenance courses and obtain HAZMAT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to maintenance associates to meet department objectives.
• Perform operation, repair, and adjustment of refrigeration systems and material handling equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze reliability, and recommend corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment systems to drive root-cause analysis and solutions.
• Direct and oversee contractor work and inspect for safety and specifications.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and drive continuous site improvements.
• Support technician development and ensure effective shift communication.
• Other duties as assigned.
