Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of maintenance professionals in a cold storage facility. You will manage refrigeration systems, perform repairs, and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of refrigeration, and the ability to read manuals and work orders. You will coordinate with management on projects and ensure safety and reliability across operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of warehouse inventory-related experience or training.
• Ability to identify technical defects in refrigeration and other facility equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Knowledge of refrigeration and general warehouse maintenance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of a team of maintenance professionals.
• Lead by example and embody company values: Integrity, Accountability, Transparency, Impact, Humility, Community.
• Perform refrigeration repairs, monitor the system, check temperatures, and inspect evaporators.
• Coordinate with the General Manager on upcoming projects and budget considerations.
• Set up/create new equipment or renovate existing equipment as directed.
• Perform demand and preventive maintenance for the cold storage facility.
• Utilize onsite lift and rental equipment, and handle inspections, calibrations, and maintenance.
• Provide off-hour call coverage for outages and power loss.
