Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics in Mansfield, TX seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of refrigeration systems and equipment in a cold storage facility, lead a team of maintenance professionals, and ensure safe, reliable operation.

You will monitor refrigeration systems, perform repairs, install new equipment, coordinate with the General Manager on upcoming projects, and provide after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Oversee the work of a team of maintenance professionals.
• Ability to identify technical defects in refrigeration system and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Knowledge of refrigeration and warehouse maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of a team of maintenance professionals.
