Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. in is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance associates, lead troubleshooting of refrigeration and material handling systems, and coordinate contractor activities.

You will monitor performance, document preventive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement across the site. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years of industrial maintenance (or 2+ years with supervisory experience), strong knowledge of refrigeration and building systems, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, or 2 years plus supervisory/lead experience.
• Skilled in industrial refrigeration, material handling equipment, dock doors and levelers, plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance.
• Must complete assigned industrial refrigeration and maintenance courses and obtain HAZMAT certification.
• Experience with OSHA PSM programs in an industrial setting and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and guidance to maintenance associates to ensure objectives are met.
• Perform operation, repair, and adjustment of refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Monitor performance, recommend corrective actions, and analyze reliability.
• Troubleshoot building, refrigeration, and equipment systems to identify root causes.
• Direct and oversee contractor work and inspect for safety and specifications.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and lead site-wide continuous improvement.
• Support development of facility technicians and ensure clear communication across shifts.
• Other duties as assigned.
